CBD Oil? A helpful Oil or a waste or a miracle Oil?

What's everyone's opinions on CBD Oil? It's expensive but I'd happily pay if it will help? I've tried it a few times but never really stick at it? Should I?

Not sure what you’re using it for but I got some cbd drops & some cbd muscle balm from Holland & Barrett-to try stop or at least ease the muscle cramps/locks I was getting & help me sleep & honestly it was an absolute waste of money! Didn’t do a thing, not with the pain or help me sleep & I tried it for just short of 2 months, I then tried getting stronger ones & again nothing. Personally I’d recommend that ppl save their money! Also if you’re on any medication at all then please check that there’ll be no interactions with them, mixing some meds with cbd can lead to serious results so please double check with your GP or local pharmacist & if you do go ahead & buy any then again please make sure you do so from a reputable seller.

Best wishes Tracy😊

Thank you for a great response. Ive hesitated re cost & re using it with other meds. I think because its been in the news people assume its a miracle thing.

I also bought some from H&B, and unfortunately didn’t notice any beneficial results. But, I was given some other 10% CBD Oil by a friend and it did actually result in painless sleep. On the down side, the following days I had brain fog and trouble concentrating...so..it may not have been THC free 🤔 I’m not on any meds’.

I take pregablin which does really help and codrydomol which I think helps sometimes....I still feel pain though I wish I never started with the meds. I feel my SCA2 is orkgress4fast ...I 6ake high doses of thiamine to try to help protect my brain (whenever I remember).

I take CBD with thc and it does “what it says on the tin” , I also take it with my other meds. I am on it thru a doctor at Sapphire clinic in Harley street. Worth getting an appointment, u can self recommend

I have downloaded a free sleep music app on my phone and play it while reading in bed and then for 20 minutes after snuggling down. It has helped me and my wife drift off into calm sleep. The one I have has a range of peaceful sounds, which I mix to my taste. It’s called Relax melodies, as I have an iPhone. I’m sure Android versions are available.Nigel
