Skin On Feet Darkening?

Just noticed a funny thing, the skin on my feet has/is turned/turning dark grey to black. No pain or tingling or anything.

It’s from the toes up to and nearly above the ankle bone. No idea when it began, only noticed after a slipper fell off a foot.

Funny old world. I’ll see if there’s any change Tuesday morning, if not I’ll give the Surgery a ring..... see what they say or don’t say🙄

Right, off to kip.

G’night🛌

I think call a GP or 111 straight away? Please, I may be wrong to suggest but it doesn't sound right at all.

Best to get it checked. Mine are normal just a bit cold and sometimes a bit numb.

call your gp or just go to the hospital, it is not a good sign

Have been thinking about you and your problem with your feet. Do hope all is well. Wish you a happy Christmas. Take care.

I would get your feet checked out ASAP! I'm no doctor, but it could be circulation problem! Merry Christmas & Happy New year to you and all!!

I think February is right. Have it checked. And can you manage chair exercises? There are some on YouTube if your doctor approves.

My Neuro Surgeon prescribed my medication. After a couple of years I had bright red spots on my instep just below the toe line with bruising around my right ankle. I reduced the frequency of taking the medicine and the bruising has gone , the red spots are fading. My head seems to be more swimmy and walking less positive ( this could be due to the time of year) as I am less active. I will resume taking the medecine as prescribed in the new year. I know I have made progress and have hopes of beating Ataxia totally, as all I need is time!
