Hi there,

I don't take anything atm - I used to take vitamin e and coenzyme q10 but it was really pricey and I don't think it made a difference. ☺

Best wishes,

Lydia

hi my son takes a high omega 3 ,v and Vit b complex from Holland & barret , buying them when they are on offer. also q10 from Amazon . these help brain and body function,

sorry if I've taken a while to send you a reply, I take B12 ( niacin non flush) I've noticed it improves my energy levels, B complex didn't seem to make any difference to me. I also take vitamin b and calcium. Hope this helps?
