How do you cope with meneires when pregnant. Did you still continue taking the pills or stopped until after delivery.

Anyone with experience as i want to try for a baby but have md????

I takes 16 mg three times a day. Yes, it sometimes makes me sleepy but also B12 seems to counter-act this problem. Take Betahistine with food

But i started on 8mg trice per day and didnt feel sleepy and dreamy.

I only started 16mg yesterday but feel so sleepy

Did u start off on 8mg?

Yes, but I was still dizzy so they upped it to 16mg. I often have to sleep in the afternoons but I fight it as much as possible. I think having a big cooked midday dinner doesn't help me but I look forward to 'sitting down' and eating and I live alone so there's nobody to answer to
