Hi. Tiredness and sleeping is normal for me. I can't speak for anyone else but I am permanently tired. Some nights I sleep for just a few hours (2 - 4 hrs), other times I can sleep for 12 hours, there is no pattern to it. Most days I also nap, anywhere from 15 mins to a couple of hours. Unfortunately times are unpredictable.

Hope this helps, and you are not alone.

GOOD LUCK :)

No worries. Plenty of others here to talk to if you have concerns.

GOOD LUCK

I sleep a lot too, and at different times of the day and night. People with Ataxia and Parkinson’s, sometimes have that problem.
