Yes.... my mother used them for years .... they have a wide choice ...she had her favourites --- it is a matter of trial and error.

Hi cocoa

Thank you for replying - yes I have been having them for quite a while now- as you say wide choice and I am liking them.

🙂 I bought them for my elderly Uncle who is diabetic. But he'd restricted his intake of sugar for so long that he found the desserts unpalatable. Possibly too much sweetener🤔 There's a wide variety of meals covering various requirements, at one time I considered a 'softened' meal because my Uncle had problems chewing. Simply for practicalities sake most of us probably have a ready meal on standby, I know I do🙂 My husband worked near a Wiltshire Farm Foods outlet, so I called in and bought a selection for my Uncle to try, before deciding on a bulk buy. 🙂xBeryl

Hi wobbly bee

Thanks for your reply. I was just 'clutching at straws' really as I wondered if they were not good for C/A being 'processed' food.

I too buy 2 weeks worth- and yes they are very practical and easy -and good!

🙂I may give myself a week off food preparation next week. It's been a bit scary opening the fridge, I feel as though things are crying out to be cooked😳 Thankfully the hoard has dwindled, and I made more soup and didn't boil the pan dry👍 Food preparation plus cooking can be exhausting, if I'm following a recipe ( I have to these days even with basic things) the number of times I 'to and fro' between the sink to wash my hands, the recipe book, and my reading glasses.... I could have cooked a banquet😂 xBeryl

Hi wobbly bee

I think you are very adventurous to cook! It's Wiltshire F.Fs for Me - and I've just fallen with a hot plateful all over me and carpet-the joys of C/A , and I can't laugh it off.

Hi Sylvia

Thanks for your input. I been having oo them and I was wondering if 'processed foods' were not good for people with C/A but since your therapist recommended them I expect they are ok
