Ataxia UK Survey - Deadline Extended

We've had a superb response to the Ataxia UK survey with over 200 submissions coming through to us. As a result we have extended the deadline to the 14th August.

If your life is affected by ataxia, whether you have the condition, or know someone who does: Ataxia UK want to know how to support and assist you as effectively as possible.
