Can anyone help with two problems?

i have a bed frame that helps me turn getting weighed id you can hold a frame hold on until you get your valance or feel comfortable to let go for a few seconds

When I read 'turning in bed', the first thing that came to mind for me was BPPV😁 But I realise that wasn't what you actually meant😊

When you associate dizziness with going to bed, it's not good😁xB

I try to put my walker over my scales and try not to touch it but having it close helps : )

Thanks for your response.What I have done about these two issues; I asked Ataxia UK.About sheets and was sent some links and have ordered some cheap satin efforts Also IWas weighed at my weekly day centre yesterday. Apparently there is not much call for it.!
