My physio has recommended a walking frame, the U-Step II. At £500, is it any good? I am 6'4'' tall.

Best bet is to try some out at a showroom or two, don't get talked into one that is on display that they claim has the same features or is a 'better' model. Make sure you can have a good test drive and shop around making a note of models and prices, you can then compare (or get someone to) prices and offers.
Some equipment is cheaper online once you are sure of what you want.
