Sorry to hear you have ataxia ...... just keep active but listen to your body and stay safe.

Like you I was always fit, playing competitive sport, swimming and hiking and doing yoga for thirty years. I now exercise every day to try and maintain core strength. I have exercises given to me by my neuro physio and also add in various yoga exercises. Rather than have one long session, for me, it is better to break the sessions down. My body tells me I have done too much when it is too late, usually the following day and then recovery is slow.

We are all different so do what works for you.

I wish you well.

I'm glad to hear you can still enjoy some form of 'sport' :-) Enjoy but don't over exert yourself :-) xB

That's great that you bought a spinning cycle! Just make sure you pace yourself, don't over-do! My best to you...,;o)
