Good morning everyone hope u all doing ok , I’m not so good been awake all night coughing, wheezing again got to go London rbht this wed for clinic if I that bad and they got beds I b staying with them , will have to do the spirometry and that makes me bad straight away hate that machine I can’t stop coughing when I do it so that will let me down straight away not looking forward to this clinic at all , up there tomorrow as well but in the over hospital Chelsea & Westminster for my liver check up as got very fatty liver through the steroids and now I’m on 80mg of them so not going look pretty going to b a interesting week I think well everyone take care and have good week x

I hope and pray your clinic goes well. I have never had a spirometry test but I think that's going to be included in my breathing tests in a little over two weeks.

Doing better with asthma. But chostochrinditis has flared up again. So it’s been a sleepless few nights. But slowly getting there. X

Oh no sorry to hear must b very painful , sleeplessness is horrible I struggle with sleep have done for a while x

Without sounding dramatic. The first time I had the chest pain in October. I thought I was having a heart attack at 30 yr old. I had never heard if it before until the dr told me about it. Xx

I asked the nurse on Friday. At first Pyrex dishes fell of a cage at work and hit my chest then foot, and I thought that caused the inflammation, but she thinks I’ve had a viral infection, and that left me with the inflammation. Xx

Been a long day , been London rbht and not great I got go in as soon as a bed comes up the high steroids I been taking 80mg has been making me worse they said that’s y I been struggling and been feeling so bad that and the nebs I been taking X-ray hazy not sure y and what’s going on peak flow was 150 couldn’t do lung function test as to out of breath so not been great day would of kept me in now but no beds hope u doing ok x

That’s not so good hun. Hope the can sort it out soon. I’ve got my peak flow back up to normal. Never had a great sleep last night and still a bit sore, but finally seem to be getting back to some kind of normality still got another 2 weeks off, being on the steroids for 3 weeks is what I needed. Just hope when I am back at work, it stays settled. Still feeling exhausted though. Doesn’t take much for me to feel tired just now. Xx

Glad u starting to feel a bit normal again hopefully they sort me out soon had enough of it all now and I’m with u on the sleep side don’t know how I’m still standing to b honest u take care x

Ask for baclofen. It’s a muscle relaxant. I’ve been given them to help with sleep. And the do help, I feel they’ve helped my breathing too. Xx
