New Medication - Singulair + Relvar

Just got out of hospital after recovering from my 2nd pneumothorax this year! The doctor told me to stop taking Seretide and has prescribed a combo Singulair 10mg tablet and Relvar inhaler 184/22. Has anyone else on these and do you recommend them?

I have 4 months of Seretide left in the cupboard which cost €200 and I'm abroad until October, I can't afford to just throw it away. I'm thinking of just getting the Singulair and taking it with the Seretide I have already, then swap to Relvar when I need more. Does this sound like a good or bad idea?

If you are stable on the Seretide do as you suggest.
