I'm new here
I identify with anyone having heart problems. My right heart has been badly affected by the asthma. I'm on steroid tablets at the moment and in and out of hospital. Still exercising though!

have you been told you have right hand heart trouble and what treatment have they given you. I am sure you will be okey a lot of lung problems can lead to heart problems
Hi I was interested to hear this because like you I have had asthma and upper respiratory airways disease for a long time. In the last year tho - an egg showed an irregular heartbeat which gp said could be because of my anxiety tablets citalopran. These were changed to sertraline. But since then, after a few, stumbles and 'weird' spells I had a 72 hour heart test to be told that my heart paused and that could be the reason for the spells. I now have a recording device fitted in my chest and a machine which alerts the cardiologist if it pauses. When they ask you in appointments if you have any instances of 'sudden death' in your family it does scare the life out of you. TBH I now don't worry about it too much. Hopefully it was a one off and no more episodes will occur.
Hope you get a lot out of this website. I do, even tho I just dip in and out of it every few weeks or months.
