Inhaler cases for demonstration

Hello,

I’m currently in the process of designing a number of first aid courses and need to include treatment of asthma. I wondered if anyone could advise me on where I might be able to source some empty inhaler cases and spacers for demonstration purposes.

Much appreciated

Adam

Hi Adam

I know some pharmacies operate recycling schemes but I'm not sure if these would be classed as sterile for demo use as they would be used inhalers etc!

But it might be worth a popping into a local pharmacy to see If they can put you in contact with someone who can help. As I'm sure someone must supply the plastic casings etc for the placebos used in GP surgerys etc.

Hopefully someone else will be along with better advice, but just a thought.

Good luck

I'll try just that, thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

you could try contacting a company rep, they give placebo inhalers to practice nurses etc for teaching.
