Use of other medication with asthma medication

I have recently been diagnosed with asthma and am now using QVAR100 and Vertine Salmeterol inhalers twice a day. I have been using viagra/kamagra with no ill effects for a few years and need to know if I am safe to keep on using it in view of my inhalers and my asthma. I am quite serious and I am not trying to offend or upset anyone.

Thanks in anticipation

  • I would imagine the best person to ask is your doctor....

  • Thanks for your response, I was rather hoping to get an answer on this site to save me the embarrassment of asking my doctor.

  • None of us are qualified to give advice on pharmacology and drug interactions. If you don't want to see your GP, you could speak to a pharmacist in confidence and never have to see them again ;)

  • There is lots of information about drug interactions online, but these are nowhere near as informed or reliable as GP or pharmacist!
