Air Pocket?

Hi everyone, needing a bit of advice.

Latest sputum test shows a couple of bugs so im back on antibiotics again! (repeat infections since October).

Dr listened to my chest and said i had an air pocket on lower left lobe.... he checked oxygen levels and was pleased with results then went on to asking other questions and i forgot to ask him about the air pocket, is this something i should worry about??
