I am regretting it now. It desperately needed doing, and the back needs it even more. But right now my lungs are just protesting too much.
I've taken lots of Symbicort, showered to get any excessive pollen and bits of grass off me, but my chest is still tight.
I promised I'd cut the grass, but I'm not looking forward to doing the back - its at least 3x the size of the front and is a bitch to do as it is so uneven. <sigh>
do you have anyone that could come and help cut the grass for you? do you have a neighbour who would do it for you or a neighbours teenager looking for a bit of extra cash who could do it for you?
Hope you start to pick up soon.

With you on this, they cut the grass at work yest, I wouldn't mind I love the smell of cut grass, but my lungs throw a strop! Hopefully you can find someone to do it for you!

With you here!
Mum forces me to cut the grass but recently I have had an asthma attack from when the school cut the grass so she has kept reasonably quiet about it.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!
Hope you feel better and the suggestion about asking a neighbors child to do it for cash is a great idea!
I say the same as the others. Next time as a neighbours teenager if they fancy earning some pocket money. Only thing is, if they are already going through that Kevin the teenager stage, they'd probably want £500 for doing it! Lol
grass cutter
hang in there,i know how uncomfortable it is.a cold drink and relaxation may help. Then go and buy a goat.
Today it is time for round 2 with the lawnmower. There just aren't any kids round here that we know, apart from the neighbour's 7 and 3 year olds! And OH has to work, really hard atm as I am out of work.
Get a sheep.
I'd love to have a sheep or a goat... sadly they count as livestock and that is forbidden <sigh>
Finished it now though, and the 1st cut of the year is always the worst! Flopped out on the bed now, waiting to catch my breath enough to shower.
