STILL not right

I can't believe i'm still not feeling right after 4 half weeks. My pf's are starting to drop again, after the increase in seretide and starting the montelukast they'd gone up, even managing a 490, although that was a one off, although could have been the course of steroids that helped too.

Over the last few days they've started coming down again and tonight the best i can manage is 440 and i'm feeling quite tight. I'm also feeling really sick tonight so am hoping i don't have a coughing fit in the night and make myself vomit again, (which happened the last time)

I'm back at the docs on weds but will go sooner if i need to, i'm just fed up now of not feeling well and being off work.

Sorry for the whinge just think i'm feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment.
