I'm confused!!

Hey all am back again for the winter. glad to know i've been ok all over the summer. Just got my first batch of steriods and antibiotics for this winter. Doc told me i had a really bad wheeze. I'm so confused as usually when I been like this its been infection. What does this mean and how can I manage it? I'm tight chested now and blue inhaler is being raided lol.
