Cost of inhalers

Hi

I have just been to Tenerife on holiday and realised I had left my Salmeterol at home - and taken three salbutamol, as well as my tiotropium. Much to my relief,I found a pharmacy where I could buy a Salmeterol inhaler over the counter - at a cost of 35 euros! I knew our prescription system was good (I buy a prepayment cert), but it just made me think how much I would be paying out each month if I had to buy them all. It was an expensive mistake, but hopefully, I won't forget such an important product in future.

I was in Thailand and had to buy seretide, It cost £38. I was not pleased.
