Could be lack of oxygen in you bloodstream. Give BLF a ring on Monday. They know everything there is to know about COPD. Good luck. Bob

Probably because COPD means your body uses more energy to stay alive than someone who is well so you tire more easily.

your body usage more engry and oxygen for the simplest of things so you will become tried far quicker. it is not pleasant to be so tired , i would say rest often and in between doing anything and don't over do it. also ask Dr / nurse if you may have your oxygen levels tested when at rest. this will be done by placing a little finger monitor on your finger. which records your oxygen levels in the blood

A lot of the problems seem to be down to breathing techniques, learning how to sit down and get rid of the bad gas build up really helped me. Speak to the BLF nurses they can tell you how to do it.

Good luck
