Well as I said last week I was off to the gym just got home after 35min on bike, treadmill, an two other machines sorry can't remember what Ian my personal trainer called them, feel great at the moment. Monday. I'm off again, after 12 weeks of this I think I could be running around the block Bliss xx

3>1 favourite handicappers will have their work cut out, put a pony on it and I'll be alright jack for sure. Keep on training and avoid injuries a winning tip for free. :-)
