Hugs are what I miss most in the last week since he died. Hug help with tears and when you have no one to hug or hug you life is very difficult.

Here is a BIG online HUG from me.

Believe me, I know so well what you are going through, when you are on your own & feeling lonely & bereft.

Because you are going through a traumatic time, my advice is to make sure you look after YOU. Try not to be bitter about anything, although thats easier said than done. Get lots of rest, & cultivate "peace of mind"

Take small positive steps & try to smile at whatever takes your fancy. Things do improve with time.

When my mam was dying I used to hold her hand. After she died I missed it so now when I miss her I hold my hand with my other hand. It sounds odd but it's really helped me. x
