My legs feel heavy and don't want to move they feel like they did when they were swollen when I was on steroids.
Any ideas?

is it long since you were on steroids? because the after effects can last some time so i believe. i am just off them and my legs are like jelly one minute and lead the next. its not nice, maybe its to do with circulation. Steroids have a lot to answer for!
Yes thats just how it is I have been off the a week now so will just wait it out and see what happens.
