Lots of bugs, viruses and infections about at the moment, high temperature one especially. My 40 year old niece has whooping cough, another nieces little girl has chickenpox then there's the dreaded vomiting one.Lots of hand washing required. My sister says you should sing Happy Birthday all the way through, thats how long your hands need washing.

Hi Libby I have heard that Happy Birthday idea before but had forgotten about it, will use it now though.

My grandson (7) just had the sickness bug then just got over that and had tonsilitis,we had to postpone our boxing day till today to give him time to recover, and to make sure he didnt pass any bugs on.

Also keep anti bac in the car and in your handbag for your hands when you can't wash them.

Yes thats all good advice.Another thing I do, when going to the supermarket,I wipe the trolley handle.with a wipe, before using it.Love Wendells xxx

I so agree with the hand washing and anti bac gel. I have one in my bag and three at home. If everyone washed their hands thoroughly then we would all be lots better off but there you go! Happy New Year everyone! Bug free of course! xxx
