My dad suffers from cramp\spasms in his lung but also takes minor seizures where his hand, neck and face are affected. He has been admitted several times to hospital and still waiting on more tests but no answers. As far as we know cramps in the lung is when the lung goes into spasm because of the emphysema and copd. Best to check with ur doctor or the nurses on BLF hotline.

Before diagnosis i often got cramp in my back etc - it was so painful and really debilitating. I am sure it has to be something to do with cold, infection and lack of oxygen transfer through your muscles. I rarely suffer now that I have been diagnosed and am taking regular medication. I have sarc and bronchiectasis.
