So sorry to hear you feel so rubbish, my advice would be to ring the helpline and speak to one of the nurses thay are fantastic and will be able to point you in the right direction.

But just remember your not alone we all understand how you feel. xxx

CHIN UP EASY TO SAY I KNOW SOME OF US DO UNDERSTAND HOW HARD AND SOMETIMES FUTILE IT FEELS, IF YOU CAN TRY TO RELAX INTO YOUR BREATHING THROUGH THE NASAL PASSAGES AND EVEN OUT, CALM IS GOOD, DEPRESSION IS A BORE AND ONLY YOU CAN PULL OUT OF THAT ONE NO MIRACLE CURES THERE I AM AFRAID, MY DR RECKONS IF YOU WAKE UP ITS A GREAT DAY. JUST CHILL AND THINK OF THINGS HAT MAKE YOU SMILE, HAVE A HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND IF PEOPLE LOOK AT YOU WITH A SAD FACE JUST WINK AT THEM AND THEY WILL SMILE THEN YOU WILL TO, BLESSED BE, ROBIN.

Chill out, try and relax. You have just found our exclusive club, and lots of help is now at your fingertips. Ring the helpline nurses and follow their advice. I found knowledge reduces the fear, and our bodies are amazing. Get started helping yourself and great comfort will follow.

Keep us posted on your progress and best wishes for a much happier Xmas. XX Val.

Try to access your comunity matron, occupational therapy team and a pulmonary rehabilitation course through your GP for further advice and help from these sources. Also check in with BLF helpline or check out their web pages on living with a lung condition. Everything you do to help yourself can make a big difference to your quality of life.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

I'm so sorry you feel so bad. I don't have any answers but just want to wish you all the best.
