Had my first PR today, think it went ok. And the nurse told us in our area we can be referred for a further 12 weeks to a local gym £2 a time, the trainers have had training in PR so I've signed up to that thought it was quite good.

that's a fantastic deal, we had to hunt around for a continuation to our PR course and eventually found Breathability in Yeovil which is £2 a week.
