Treadmill here at last.

At last I have my treadmill :-) after weeks of looking at different ones and having two delivered with round two pin plugs (they had to go back and nearly killed us packing one back up).

This morning this one arrived and we were so pleased there was hardly anything to do to it in and ready in about half and hour, so I was ready to go.

Disappointed I could only do 2 minutes :-( but it's a start and I can only get better.

Anyone want a race? think you will win though.

Two minutes as a starter point is very good. Soon be doing a mile, then a marathon, your future stretches before you! ;)

Yes I have seen manual ones on the web but I thought it would be too hard for me.

That's really good Polly. I could only do 5 minutes at the gym to start and now I can do half an hour at 3.5mph. Build it up slowly :)
