At last I have my treadmill after weeks of looking at different ones and having two delivered with round two pin plugs (they had to go back and nearly killed us packing one back up).
This morning this one arrived and we were so pleased there was hardly anything to do to it in and ready in about half and hour, so I was ready to go.
Disappointed I could only do 2 minutes but it's a start and I can only get better.
Anyone want a race? think you will win though.

Two minutes as a starter point is very good. Soon be doing a mile, then a marathon, your future stretches before you!
I too am looking into buying a treadmill,do they make manual ones.? I really do need to excersise but cannot get out for walks as where I live is all hills and steps
i thought so because it would be the same as a car wouldn't it? xxx
Well done you have inspired me to get my husband a treadmill! Can you advise on manufacturer - having it all ready to go in 30 mins sounds really good. Thanks TAD x
