I would like t know what I might have, I have been coughing up this white synue stuff. for the past few years the consultans have always thought it was reflux, but it is not. its chest and the lung. It also causes alot of infections. can anybody help.

Not sure what you mean by synue - sputum? It be a good idea if you spoke to your respiratory nurse or saw another doctor in your practice, but do ask for advice. That is what they are there for.
I must be a bit slow not understanding the question can it be made simpler for me please.

Perhaps you could speak to your consultant again and ask him more questions?
