Why do I keep getting a 404 error when I try to access the recent COPD poll comments?

404 is the error messages to say 'page not found'. It may be due to the changes the site has gone through in the last few days where someone has failed to change a link or something.
The errors are supposed to be logged and we know that B:F staff read these messages so someone should fix it when they get back into the office.
All the Polls seem to be off - clicking the Polls link on the blue menu bar also gives a 404 message
Thanks Gordon.
Just so you know. I've just tried it. I got the questions up and answered them. I submitted them and it went to 404. Now every time I click polls it gives a 404.
yeah the same as puff,

I thought I had found an alternative, until the site team fix the problem, but then realised that bears don't really pole dance...
Hi there,
This is fixed now. In the future, any technical issues can be reported directly to the HealthUnlocked tech team by using the Feedback tab at the right and selecting 'Problem'.
Thanks,

The error only started on Friday evening, after some changes had been made to the site, so Monday's fix is probably the fastest response possible from HU.
It does help to talk about this in the forums, so people know there's an issue and what causes them.
That's a good point Gordon. In terms of the fastest contact to HU, however, the Feedback tab is quite useful.
Thanks Lora,
Just to try and clarify further - when we get a 404 it also says "We've been notified and we'll do our best to find out what happened" - I took it from this wording that the site team would receive an automatic error report ?
It also says "And we'll lightly slap the wrists of the person responsible" - do we get to see a video clip of this ?
Thanks for bringing that to my attention - we should probably fix that wording since sometimes the team doesn't notice the notification too quickly.
I'll try to see if I can arrange a video for your last request, haha.
The wording seemed fine, perhaps the notification could be in the form of a slightly heavier slap on the wrist when one of the team logs on to their account ?
I had taken it that several people would get a notification email from the system, hence not reporting every problem. Is that an error ?
For 404 errors, it's actually just put into a log that the tech team has access to. But if you use the Feedback tab, and click 'Problem' from the dropdown menu, it will send an email of your message to each person on the tech team.
Hope this makes sense.
