I know this is a little way off yet but the 12th - 18th is Self Care Week - This years aim is 'growing older healthier'.

Forgive me being a sceptic,last week may have been "athletes foot week " for all I know,I am afraid that these special days are way overplayed,and that includes "breathe easy week"

On a second viewpoint when I hear health proffesionals and more so their managers and politicians start spouting "self care" it often means sort it out yourself ,consider carefully next time some says "empowering the patient"it often means the same thing.
