Hi Ivyleaf welcome. It is very frustrating that you seem to be slowing down in spite of yourself I know the feeling well, you will be able to relate to a lot of what people experience with copd on here.
Hello Ivy, Welcome to the site, I am next door in Somerset. As everyone says you will find a lot of useful advice on here with regard to coping with the problem, we all learn something new every day.
Yes we do slow down in our movements but only because we have to, to cope is the key. I hope you benefit from all the people on here with similar problems, I know I have. Arn x
