I was asses by my COPD nurse today about my condition and my plan holiday this coming october she told me you cannot travel because my oxygen is very low at moment just because of chest infection..she said she will try her best sort it out all option to help me..i was very bad in bad mood at moment..

Yes dogcyrus second week of october it is long flt and my oxygen level is only 86 yesterday and the nurse told me I can't fly that level..

I travelled to Australia and had oxygen thoughout my flight. 2L. The only drawback - maybe not.- wheel chair assistance was a requirement. Had to have a test to fly given at the hospital then a certificate signed by the consultant was required by the Aitline. I hope this encourages you.

Hope you feel better soon and oxygen levels go up so you can go on holiday.. I was assessed as fit to fly by Gp with level of 90, it dropped dramatically on flight to greece and back and felt rotten, so you really need it sorted. cos I would`nt wish how I felt on anyone.
