Soft and Watery Stools, Panic Attacks and Anxiety......

I do struggle controlling my bowels wen I'm having breathing problems.... i have to make a rational decision whether i can go to the toilet or do my Neb wen having Panic Attacks.... i have a commode now in my bedroom for such times indoors.....wen ever i go out i constantly have to worry about toilets and power-points for my nebuliser, wen walking about.... does any else suffer with this?

Yes , i have a fan beside my commode and have to redecorate the bedroom often

I've just got a Fan recently as i was not able to make it to the windows wen i needed fresh air in stuffy flat wen i came home.

LOL jokers.... it's trouble if u don't get it right a right situation greets the Paramedics wen they arrive...) I eat more than ever now since i got my scooter no so much stress getting about as i'm active in my recovery today, hate being stuck indoors on the concentrator at 36 years old.

Cognitive behaviour therapy is excellent if you can get referred by your GP but there are some good self help books around too Trevor Powell and Claire Weekes are helpful.
