It's a 'good to be alive day' today. Going to get all my jobs done, exercises done and by 10 am i shall be sitting outside until 11-30 when it starts getting too hot, of course this sitting in the sunshine is for medicinal purposes only - stocking up on Vitamin D !

Beautiful here, nothing like the sun to wake you up, it makes you feel so good.

Can't wait to get out there with my book, in the shade of course.

Gorgeous here in north Cumbria. Busy day yesterday, 1km swim in the morning and a walk round the tarn in the afternoon (I can recommend their Olympic ice cream!).

Got the doctors this a.m. and after that not sure what's on the menu. Probably another walk round the tarn. Creature of habit me!

Lovely day here too. I'm off to the allotment soon to pick some veg, then the supermaket and back home before its too hot. I might do a bit of gardening later when its cooler.

Another fabulous day here in South Wales, have been sat in the garden but got so hot and had to move into the shade for a cool down. My husband has gone fishing, hopefully Trout for tea! so a quiet day to myself. Hope everyone enjoys the lovely fine weather x

I was looking forward to the sunshine but all we had was cloud but now I have come in it has come out. My daughter who lives 15 miles away has had wall to wall sunshine all day
