Hi Jayne

Welcome

Lots of Blogs and questions will be of interest to you (those already posted). You may need to use the search box to find those of interest.

You will be doing yourself a big big favour if you stop smoking now, to continue will only speed up the deterioration in your condition and damage your lungs further.

Wishing you every success when you decide to go for smoke free.

Hi Jayne,

Wishing you every success in giving up smoking, not easy I know, it took me several attempts before I stayed stopped!! It is the best most positive step you can take to slow the progression & damage to your lungs.

You will find lots of support & information on this community & on the BLF site.

Best wishes

Jo :-)
