Where abouts in the UK are you ? And what problems are you experiencing?

i rang up Monday morning, was told the oxygen would be delivered Tuesday. that means staying in all day. call from air liquide in afternoon saying there were no engineers in the area, so it will be Wednesday. that means staying in all day again. this has never happened with air products so they got the contract because they put a lower quote in but cant fulfill there obligations. Strange how they can get it so right in one area and yet so wrong in another. I have had Air Products here in the South West for two or more years now and can't fault them. I would be really upset if we were changed to any other company. P.

i had air products also. just changed to air liquide, due to air products losing their contract in this area, probably it will take a while for them to get organised.

I would not be so sure they will get organised! Had Air Liquide before the contract changed at end of March and through my experience they never sorted anything out. Deliveries not made, took 2 years to get someone to come out and service my concentrator. Now have Dolby Vivisol and they are no better!

This mirrors my experience with Air Liquide. Not only did they fail to deliver on day promised but didn't know if they were delivering the next day or not. Failed to ring back when promised and only delivered part of my order. By way of contrast, Air Products could not have been more helpful and were 100% reliable.
