Creatine Monohydrate?

Not posted for a while but here it goes. As some of you old HU members may know I am complicated and seem to pick up conditions like a good Dyson if there is such a thing?

Now to my heading I have read an article in the Emphasis Magazine which I get from the Pulmonary Hypertension Association because I have IPAH. Which a nutritionist explains why people that are little sedentary or not able to exercise much should consider Creatine Monohydrate? It appears it is a go to for muscle health? Now I take a Powder Creatine Monohydrate in 2 scoops after my evening meal with water and a little orange flavour. It is recommended this way so the gut can get used to it. They claim that you should see a change in about a week or so?

I had an ongoing lower back muscle pain before taking this and strangely it feels a lot better in the morning not gone by any means but better each day? This of course could well be the normal healing process so open minded by this?

But I am happy to be the lab rat for all of those that the minds willing but the body does not seem to be compliant with what we would like it to be able to do! I am not naming good products or services or promoting this, but for the curious look it up. I will keep you posted on how I get on with it.

Good to hear from you again, Offcut. That sounds very interesting. I might try it out myself as I too have ongoing lower back pain not helped by recent diagnoses of three historic thoracic spine fractures and osteopenia.

I have 3 compression fractures in my back and the Arthritis is not improving at all. Best tip I can give from my research only buy from UK suppliers and only get Creatine Monohydrate with nothing else. It can come in tablets or powder I am using powder which is usually cheaper. Still Tight ;)

Will keep you all updated. I did cut down a fence and fit it in between the new posts I had put up yesterday and not aching as much as I thought I would? Still early days?
