I really love how you shade the blues in (sea and sky) and of course the clouds are to die for. I'm intrigued by the right hand corner. Plants or someone's beach towel? Very interesting. Theres always detail to focus on as well as the beauty of sea and sky.

Thank you David - The bottom corner was going to match as a rocky grassy place like the left, but plans changed - I left is a brown grass effect.

Please send me there for a month, I’d love that sunshine and the waves lapping up to the shore. I would need some shelter of course but I’m sure that could be arranged. Beautiful art work Ern, thanks for sharing and cheering us up on these winter mornings, it’s getting lighter at night now though.

I'm feeling the warmth even though it's about 10 F in US. I would love to try painting, but don't know where I would store all the canvasses generated. Can you paint over them?

Hi omeomi is -12C in UK, pretty cold/ It's about 30F at moment where I live.

Yes you can paint over used canvas - I would reccomend you give 2 or 3 coats of GESSO which is a primer. I get mine from Amazon UK.

Painting is well worth a try. main thing needed is patience.

Good luck hope you get started, BTW Canvas panels are cheaper than framed canvas, drawback to can't give a painting away as difficult to hang. Worth using at first maybe.
