I remember crying in relief after I had a spirometry test at outpatients back in 2018 when I had blood clots in my lungs and they officially discharged me from the clinic and I had cried in relief!

Yes, I find it harder to breathe when wearing a mask. I tend to use NasalGuard Cold and Flu Block instead. It's a gel you smear inside your nostrils when you know you're going among people who may be infectious - but you have to remember to breathe through your nose all the time, which is easier said than done if you have to speak to people.

Otherwise, I used a face shield, which is much easier. xx

Glad they’re keeping a check on you. Two of my granddaughters have a lump in their necks. Just enlarged glands they were told but worrying. Had them a while now. Think the 3 year olds is after effect of bad chicken pox take care xx

Yes I struggle to breath with my mask on. Sometimes if bad I use a scarf instead. Not sure if as good but better than nothing. I cover my mouth and nose. Good news about the lymph. xx

Such good news and great that they are also going to monitor it! Enjoy relaxing now.
