Hi all. Just wondering if anyone is taking the supplement quercetin? I've started having it recently and I've definitely seen a reduction in my coughing 😊

I haven't taken it as a supplement but do remember the name. You could try using the search box for the site to see if others have posted about it before.

A quick Google search suggests it's OK to take it for up to 12 weeks, but no research has investigated taking it for longer.
