Spring is not that far. A few spring flowers, an old fence and a wishing well for luck.

Poor light made a poor photo to post - I will be editing eith a better photo later.

I like posting here the best - I used to post in two or three forum in the US - One in particular I liked, some that many post, that paintings get shoved further down the line

Thanks Nula - The painting inreality looks better - Reasom lot of pail and I took lots of photos.. but it was not tigh. my piacture vanished, I had to edit in another . At least edir is working. xx

No it happened yesterday also , a new Asus laptop. For a while there have been no spaces between my words, I am using an old but trusty laptop.

I am not on an old asus windows 10 laptop - types like a dream, new one I hope is less than 30 - I will return it. It's under guarantee but I hate windows 11 also. grr

Ah, that's lovely Ern! Thank you so much for a lovely start to the day. I love the balance of the picture and the great colours; also the way the pink blossom appears on the tree, with part of the bark and branches cleverly showing through. Particularly like the different shading/tones on second lilac from left at the bottom of the painting. Pink flowers at the bottom of the wishing-well is a lovely touch too. xx

Thank you BronchyBronwen I used a pan brush on the tree, for an impression painting you can do that. On problem was the hills -and small wild flowers. my phone camera would not pick them up night conditions. flash made matter worse. . xx
