My Spiriva and Sirdupla were changed to Trimbow. It didn't agree with me so now back to Spiriva and Sirdupla. I don't think you need to take Trimbow and Spiriva xx.Sheila 💕

my consultant told me that the Spiriva and Trimbow couldn’t be used together as they’re basically the same thing (Spiriva minus the steroid in it unlike the Trimbow). I would double. Heck with your doctor as how I was told they’re not licensed to be used together, I asked him a hundred questions, he must be so glad to see me leave.

They are basically the same thing so should not be used together. I use to use Spiriva and then was taken off it and put on Trimbow. Check with your GP or local chemist

Hi G1 fish

I was taken off of Spiriva and it’s been replaced with Braitus .

I wasn’t asked and I get along much better with Spiriva.

It’s not been changed back for me .

I have PF.

Regards

Holly

Hi Holly, my doctor had put me on Braitus a couple of years ago, but I asked her to change it back to Spiriva, which she did. Now there is a delivery problem at my pharmacy for Spiriva and they tried to fob me off with a cheaper version, which I don't accept. Anyway, after a bad COPD flare up I am now taking trimbow and I am pinning my hopes on that. Early days yet, but my breathing has improved a bit. I hope it keeps on improving because I didn't even manage to have a bath as my breathing is so bad. Get back to your GP and push for Spiriva . Just explain that the other one is not effective enough.

Good luck
