Breath Easy Group

Good morning everyone. As I said I would report back to the group with regards my 1st visit to the above group for the 1st time Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and it's was at a social club so you had a choice of Alcoholic drinks or tea and coffee

They had a guy there from the fire service this month talking about fire safety in the home and also for people with oxygen cylinders at home as well. They also had a raffle and they do weekly lunch clubs and also doing a Christmas lunch in December and also arrange days out during the year. So I think it's really worthwhile going to the support group as they have different speakers on every month talking about different topics

Hope you all have a good Friday and Weekend. Brian

Sounds like a good club with lots of options you can dip in and out of as needed, on personal preference or maybe because it’s a bad day. Well done on going, that first visit is always a bit nerve racking!

I think it's a bit easier for a man walking into a room of strangers. I think you tell quite quickly how the Atmosphere is in the room. Brian

Goodness, you were brave, if you didn't know anyone there. I don't know if we have a group similar in our area, I'll have a search but well done to you Lesley xx

Thanks Lesley. I think it stems from my driver/ delivery days going to a factory and speaking to anyone to find out who is dealing with deliveries. Usually if it involved a lot of lifting nobody wanted to know. Brian
