Hi, i use deflatine sometimes, that seems to help. I also stopped eating white bread and only eat brown now and that’s made a difference. Some medications can make us bloated. I hope you find a remedy.

I find Gaviscon is really helpful. The liquid is more effective but the tablets are more portable.
