This will amuse some of you. When I was working my boss put an advert out for a COPD specialist physio. The really "clever" people in the jobs department advertised this as a "specialist for Central Out Patients Department" as all the locals call it COPD! Needless to say it was withdrawn and redone correctly!

Love this! Working myself in the health sector unfortunately it is an everyday event and when pointed out just met with a shrug of the shoulder...all you can do is laugh - good for the lungs!
