Hi, it's been a while since I was last on here.I'm doing just fine and surviving very well, hope yous are to.

Had a lot of personal stuff going on and getting myself sorted mentally & physically.

After my lung op in late 2018, Covid hit us all, lost my business, however since 2021 things are on the up.

Business is doing well again, health is good, a few personal demons but they will get kicked into place.

Keep strong people, if I can do it, so can yous.

Hello you, nice to see you back on the forum again David. Pleased you’re doing well and hope those personal demons are soon resolved.

Pete and I have recently had covid which had left us with nasty coughs but we’re on the mend. We take care of each other.

Wishing you well, Carole xxxx

Many thanks for your encouraging reply. After the operation it took me a good 6 months to recover, breathing & energy was an all time low, my right lung is near not there.

I still have 1 nodule attached to the top righ plura, can't operate or the lung will burst, I get scans every 3 months to keep an eye on the bugger lol

I was fully focused on getting better, after treatment for the aspergillosis lung infection, I thought, this ain't getting me.

I'm pushing out at least 82% FEV1 every 3 months, I'm in peak health, don't take any breathing aids, even the doc says I'm doing excellent even though I have severe bullous emphysema in both lungs, middle section of right lung removed plus 2 nodules removed from my top right lung.

I feel blessed and grateful & greatful for my health.

I walk about every day, weight light every day, eat all the right things in moderation lol, never drank and stopped smoking about 13yrs ago.

The age-old debate of cross-selling versus upselling is like choosing between different shades of brilliance in the realm of sales strategy. It's akin to deciding whether to unveil a complementary piece of art next to the masterpiece or enhancing the masterpiece itself with an exquisite frame mobile application development services: mlsdev.com/services/mobile-... Staff augmentation allows organizations to quickly adapt to changing project requirements, technology trends, or market conditions. This flexibility is crucial in dynamic industries.. Cross-selling, the art of presenting related products, extends an inviting hand to explore more facets of what customers already love. Upselling, on the other hand, is the art of showing a customer how a premium option can elevate their experience.
