I'm just letting you know that they managed to sew his thumb back on, he has to go back next Tuesday to have a clean dressing on and so they can check it. well done. When I was a little girl I ran my thumb through a mangle. The top was hanging off and they thought I would have to have the top off. But they stuck it back on that was sixty or more years ago and apart from a bit of scarring on the sides it’s fine. So hopefully he will get the same result. Xx
