Thank you all for your wise and very kind words. I was feeling very sorry for myself, however, you are all correct, there is plenty to do and see in our own country and without the stress of long haul travel.

I will go back to my medical people and see if they can improve my condition.

Morning. We all feel sorry 😞 for ourselves at times, part and parcel of our illness..Good days and bad days!Go sort your problems out with gp/respiratory nurse. Sometimes you have to give them a big nudge ++ but be insistent, it's your life and you need help to live it 😉 the best you can!

The acceptance of what you can and can't do is Sometimes very hard but you will get there. 😊 Pulmonary rehab was excellent for me, learning breathing techniques and not to panic just slow things down. Doesn't work for everyone but worth a try.
